Our Staff

Heather graduated with honors from Haleyville High School. She also graduated from Bevill State Community College and obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science. Heather manages our office and has been with us for 16 years.  Her dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed. Heather has been married to her husband Wayne for 17 years and they have three children, Brenten, Brylee, and Baylee Cate. They attend Haleyville Freewill Baptist Church. When her family is not at the ball field, Heather enjoys all things Disney, fitness, and travel.

Jessica has been with us for 11 years. She graduated at Haleyville High School and also attended Bevill State Community College. Jessica and her husband Adam Pinkard have been married for 11 years with 2 children Logan and Maddie. She has been a member at Haleyville Freewill Baptist for three years. Adam is the pastor. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, shopping and listening to music.

Diania has been with us going on 5 years with 6 years experience working in the medical field, originally from Haleyville, Al. She is a graduate of Haleyville High school. She then continued her education at Northwest Shoals Community College, where she studied for 2 years, laying a foundation for her career in healthcare. Diania has a passion for helping others learn how to take better care of their eyes with a detail oriented approach. She brings both skill and compassion to her role in patient care. Diania and her husband Jake, are expecting their first baby in October 2025. They are excited and thankful for this new chapter in life. Outside of work she values spending quality time with her family and enjoys taking vacations to relax and recharge. She is all about enjoying the memories and little things in life.

CarolAnn is a friendly, dedicated and organized professional serving as our receptionist for the last 3.5 years. Beyond her core skills, CarolAnn’s genuine passion for customer satisfaction truly shines through. She approaches each interaction with the understanding that the first impression matters and consistently strives to exceed expectations, leaving a lasting positive impact. CarolAnn has been married to her husband Sam for 8 years and they have two sons, Ben and Jett. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and collects rocks (yes rocks!) from each place she visits. She loves all things music and believes it can truly heal the soul.

Makala has been with us for almost a year.  She helps provide primary vision care to patients by performing various tasks, which include documenting patient histories and conducting basic eye exams. She is a 2020 graduate from Russellville High School and attended NWSCC where she obtained her Associates Degree in Science.  In her free time, she loves to travel, attend concerts, and spending time with her poodle, Ollie, and family.
